How do I request a revision?
It’s easy to request multiple revisions with our Review Boxes. Responses are collected in batches and the design criteria tool allows you to mark corrections from one, easy-to-track location.
How long does a design take?
Our turnaround time depends on the project. Small, simple tasks can be completed within 24 - 48 business hours while larger, more complex projects such as custom illustrations, UI development, landing pages, and long presentations might take a little more time. Most small revisions can be completed within one day, but most large revisions will take longer.
